Celtic Solstice Soupmaster Chef Tim Mullins has nominated Give Kids the World as a beneficiary of this year's Celtic Solstice event.  His daughter Leah visited during her struggles and Chef Tim was very impressed.  Description: "Give Kids The World Village is an 84-acre, nonprofit resort in Central Florida that provides weeklong, cost-free vacations to children with critical illnesses and their families.
